“We enjoy going here on Friday nights for karaoke. It's always a fun time. The staff are great, and the food options are plentiful. We also have lots of softball games here, and the outside bar allows for food and beverages without missing any of the action. Great place!”
“It's an amazing bohemian spot for all people and dog friendly patio . Cozy on a winter day and chill on a summer day. Features indoor and outdoor seating connected via open door. An absolutely amazing atmosphere created by owners Tracy and his father Bruce. Always a warm welcome any day during open hours.”
“A true friendly, locally owned placed to kick back relax, enjoy a drink, some music, and some laughs with other locals. Also a wonderful stop for travelers to enjoy the small town feel for a moment away from the high way traffic and city rush.”
“This place is awesome! The music is good with a variety for everyone.the owners are great people who go out of their way to make sure your experience is the best that it can be the regular patrons are friendly and the service is prompt..I will be back andi am definitely bringing friends...”
“Very decent pub/grill. They need some background music playing, but the food and service was on point. With options for fresh vegetables, I’ll definitely be going back. ??”
“I didn't pay for this trip, so can't talk about pricing . Access to the building was rough due to weather and sidewalk condition. Food was excellent. I would visit again. Staff was very friendly and patient for such a large group. Well done.”
“Best chicken soft tacos ever! Go on Monday and Tuesday for the taco special and pig out!! Don't forget some cheap margarita specials to go along with your meal too. Oh, and best table salsa - HANDS DOWN as well as the Enchiladas Suizas!!!”
“This particular gambling location seems to get to less traffic of any the local slot machine oriented business. This to me makes absolutely no sense because it is by far into a very large degree, the friendliest establishment of it's kind.Additionally lattes and mochos and coffes are sold.I've seen other places virtually kick you out because you spent a few minutes on your phone and then just keep hitting in there on the game room machine.I think it's a customer you have the right to pause is there being treated like it's a race for them to get your money. This is rather small so the lack of business here mean not the other owners are simply better known and therefore a quality establishment is appreciated less than one with owners that have small town recognition.I'll list list specifically the ways in which they are in my opinion a vast improvement over the other places. I'm being discreet by calling an opinion.1.) Friendlier staff.2.) Does not make you feel like they are continually watching you to see how much you're spending and how fast.3.) Like other places will offer free refreshments for gamblers but they do not wait until you've spent hundreds of dollars before they do. Most places that they don't see you losing money, they won't offer you anything.4.) The best overall atmosphere. I personally have a high anxiety level to the point I'm on medications. It doesn't take a lot to make me uncomfortable but this particular location feels more like visiting someone you know.I intend on giving reviews of all the local slots. Having lived up here and moved back, it was almost shocking to see so many.My time is the youth was spent between this area and an impoverished area near the Ozarks. So my first instinct sings so many businesses gambling was to consider the impact it has on lower income individuals and have addicted natures. This area is more affluent than where I spent most of life. The aforementioned business tries to incline more than slots.I visited all the local places after being away since high school. You don't have to spend a lot to keep busy but of course some of the places will try to make you feel that way. When I see a business that I feel they have experienced - that it was a terrible business but taking up the majority of local business in the services it provides, I try to do a detailed that is fair and objective. By that same merit, whenever a higher quality place not getting the business it deserves, I try to do the same thing.I've had times my posts were read by thousands. Posts about smaller town business places usually do not get the same attention but in the spirit of what these reviews are for and that is to share the real truth and give readers a proper glance of which places they have to choose from, one could always. Next I'll be doing circle k. While primarily a gas station, a lot deserves to be said. As for this place thumbs up.”
“This pizza is honestly just unreal. Basically, all of the fare is amazing. But to have pizza like this in such a small town setting, and at such an affordable price...is just unbelievable. The topping selection is phenomenal, the garlic romano crust is... ...so good. Just order some Little Italy's today...you will not be disappointed!”
“Primarily had the sushi and sashimi, and was blown away at how good it all was. I would wholeheartedly recommend the hike out here for the sushi/sashimi. Also they had pretty good bubble tea as well. Definitely an unexpected gem out here.”

“We were driving through Staunton and decided to grab a bite at Hardee's. It was clear that they were understaffed and having a hard time coordinating taking orders and preparing them but the lady worjing the drive through was very pleasant despite working in challenging conditions. We are so thankful for the service at Staunton Hardee's!”
“Good cheap and cheerful place for a drink or quick bite. Very limited menu, but inexpensive and well prepared with good portion sizes. Bring cash as they don't accept debit/credit cards and their ATM has a 3 dollar fee.”
“I picked up a birthday cake. It's the third we've picked up here and there will be more. They are amazing decorators and the cakes are delicious. Their donuts are always great also.”
“It's my favorite bar in the area between Mt Olive & Hamel. The only thing that would make it better would be arcade games but it's still my favorite. Maybe in the future!?! I told one of the owners so...?”
“A good time was had by all. The dill pickle shots were awesome and the bartender, Jeremy, was great. Kinda learned to play darts. Jukebox music was really sounding good. All good!!!”
“Best food with the most reasonable prices around. We eat here often. Never been disappointed. Their fish is exceptional, as well as the seasonal salad with sweet onion vinegrette dressing.”
“Excellent customer service! The bartender was friendly, courteous & kind. The owners were there & actively involved in this facility. They have been open now 1 yr. The prices were moderately priced w/ a large variety of beers & wines. Last night they had a live group & free food for their 1 yr. anniversary. There was plenty of parking & it was easy to acess their facility as it's right off I 55 in Livingston, IL on Livingston Ave Give this place a try, you won't regret it.”
“This place was amazing. We were traveling through and took a risk to stop. Outside is not fancy but inside is adorable and very interesting! Owners were very friendly and food was amazing! Like nothing we have had before and we travel quite a bit! We had the ma barker-a must try! The momos were also so good which is their secret specialty! Will definitely stop next time we are in area! And they own Great Danes that will come out if you ask!!”
