We were driving through Staunton and decided to grab a bite at Hardee's. It was clear that they were understaffed and having a hard time coordinating taking orders and preparing them but the lady worjing the drive through was very pleasant despite working in challenging conditions. We are so thankful for the service at Staunton Hardee's!
I understand that they were actually busy this evening. But I asked for my bacon cheeseburger to have a seeded bun. Nope, also no mayo, tomato, lettuce, or onion. I asked for water no ice yet it had ice.Maybe taking the time to listen to the customer things would be better.I'm sorry
