every single time I DoorDash there they always put two sticker things on it, So then it messes up my drink I can never get a clean drink from there. EVER. It’s gotten to the point they’ve memorized my name enough to the point that they know that it’s Me. How pathetic can you be?

I've only had a cold treat from here as far as something for myself, it's the strawberry version of the peanut buster parfait, if you've never had one you might like it , the staff and atmosphere was great when I've been there, very nice place, good location to, thanks for the great treats and experience 🙂

Girl working drive-thru 8/13 in the evening let a dog from a car in front of me lick her hands, then watched her hand food to car in front of me.
Not convinced she washed her hands, very disgusting. I wish I would’ve thought to take picture or video.

Very disappointed once again. Ordered dinner Sunday night and they forgot to add our fries. I called and their answer was free fries next time I come. I asked for corporate number and was told they don't have one and I can try and get in touch with their GM IF I call each weekday until I catch them there. Really?!? If Staunton had more options this place would be closed.

I order a 4pc bbq basket and they give me 4pc chicken with no sauce on it an give me 1 bbq sauce
Ordered indoor pickup. App said pickup at 8:07. Got to dq and the door is locked. Says dining room closes at 8. We order pickup because the drive thru is slow and usually lined up to the road. Not a good experience.

Yall were very rushy, and completely messed up my order. I asked for a original double cheeseburger meal, you instead gave me a single on stale bread, fries that looked and tasted like they've been sitting out all day. I asked for a four piece chicken basket. You instead gave me again, stale bread and absolutely not a single fry. I asked for pretzel sticks and queso, you instead gave me pretzels that again tasted like they have been sitting out all day long. They only thing you did right was my lemonade.
