I ordered my food and paid for it at 11:59. I'm still standing here at 12:17 with no apology, or reasoning given for the lacklustre service. Appalling ordeal all around when you're expecting fast food service

Now I remember why I never go here. I ordered a Frisco breakfast combo. Got home and opened it up.. I don't know what the hell they gave me.. looks like a ham and cheese sandwich. Im extremely disappointed.
Ordered 3 meals online. When my son arrived at the drive thru they told him that it wasn't ready and to park. Employees then went out to smoke while someone proceeded to get the order ready. You would think I would get hot fresh food since the order wasn't ready yet but no. All the food was cold and soggy. One order of fries was the wrong size. Another fry was only half full and one quarter of that was the wrong fry type. They did not even give the dips from the order either. Ordered $43 of absolute garbage. Won't be ordering here again.

Hardee’s used to be not very good at this location but for the last several months I have gotten food here probably 5 times and it has always been spot on. The service was always great and they were always super kind. The food is always fresh and well done. Always satisfied now!

I was there on a Monday morning. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. The muffin tasted like they just pulled it out of the package not toasted. The bacon was cold , a slab of cheese that wasn't melted. The only thing they cooked was the egg. I probably won't be back there again. I was in a hurry or I would have taken it back for my money back!!!!😡😡
