I made a late night order tonight, and Quinton was working and went above and beyond to complete my order. He attempted to outreach me due to an issue with my order, unfortunately my number was not accurate. Upon arrival, he was worried I’d be unhappy with him but he and I had a nice conversation while he completed my order. The food was great and the customer service far surpassed my expectation. Good job hiring this young man!

Everytime I come here I'm disappointed. Their service is awful, the ladies who work here are rude and short with you. Very skimpy on the toppings, I always have to ask for more lettuce and then they'll sprinkle like four little pieces on top... Subway is way too expensive for a sandwhich if they aren't even going to put toppings on it. I live here but would drive to another town's subway or not get it at all.

I'm in this area for work quite a bit and will definitely not be visiting this Subway location again. This is a nice, clean subway in a good location but the service is an issue. I get a veggie only sandwich, and asked for extra pickes and banana peppers. The lady at the counter gave me maybe 5 banana peppers and 10 olives. I offered to pay extra for extra veggies, as the veggies were the only thing going on the sandwich. The lady responded that this was not an option and was very cold to me the remainder of my time there. If I'm paying $10 for a sandwich with literally only vegetables on it, why am I only getting 5 or 10 small vegetables? I've literally never had this problem at any other subway location, and I've been to literally hundreds.

Not only were they rude, told me I couldn’t order on the app to get a BOGO footlong because it was 8:30!!! Seriously?!?! Still a half hour left before you even close. Hey ladies, if you dislike your job that much, maybe you should find a different job. Geesh!
