I made a late night order tonight, and Quinton was working and went above and beyond to complete my order. He attempted to outreach me due to an issue with my order, unfortunately my number was not accurate. Upon arrival, he was worried I’d be unhappy with him but he and I had a nice conversation while he completed my order. The food was great and the customer service far surpassed my expectation. Good job hiring this young man!

This particular Subway seems inconsistent from one Sandwich artist to the next I get the same sandwich but don't get asked the same question about what kind of chicken I want on it (roteriesery or cubed). One artist heats meat in microwave while the other puts in toaster and heats meat and melts cheese if you want. They both should be an option that is up to the customer.
