Another very disappointing Buffalo Wild Wings experience…
Our waiter was extremely unprofessional and told me “I won’t bring that sauce out” When we I asked for the bdubs sauce. This franchise continues to disappoint and locations like this are the reason why

I visited this restaurant on October 16, 2025, around 5:30 PM to pick up an online order and saw a cockroach in the lobby. When I told the hostess, she said the manager told her there was nothing they could do except get it outside, and I watched her scoop it up with her ID card. I mentioned that if there’s one, there are likely more, and she agreed. I refused to eat food from a place with visible pests and asked for a refund for my order but was told it wasn’t possible because the payment had already been processed ahead of time. Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of a serious cleanliness issue.

The last few times I’ve came here the service was terrible. I think the first time I had a bad experience we saw the waiter twice, one to order and one for check. This last time was also terrible service, they were a bit busy so I understood it wasn’t gonna be fast but the waitress would walk by my table multiple times ignoring us. I waited 20min for a refill on my drink, she said she was refilling the like syrups or something but I saw her at the bar chatting with all the other customers for a good 15 min and agin she was repeatedly walking by turning the other way so we couldn’t get her attention. I’m not really confrontational or try to be rude to servers as i was one once but seriously? Once we finally got the check after waiting forever I watched her seat a table and immediately get their drinks and hand them out?? I mean I guess it was a group of cute boys and it was me and my mom but jeez come on. I know it doesnt mean anything when a customer says this but, i really dont think I’ll come back to this location. Super disappointing when I just wanna eat some good food with my family

Ordered bone in wings for 17 dollars and the chicken was disgusting. Dry, tasteless, and all bone.

I had the all American burger and fries with an iced tea. The burger was excellent but the fries were just warm but good and the sweet tea was very flavorful. The server was named Brandon and he was excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

The worst customer service tonight….. The waitress was so rude. The food was cold and boneless wings where hard as a rock… it took forever to get our drinks we got our meal before our drink … when we told waitress she. slammed our meal on table and got mad … to top it off there was only like four other tables. filled they were not busy at all I repeat BDUBS is horrible

UPDATE. Saw a worker drop the ice scoop and put back on the counter.. was shocked and watched for them to use it, was even more shocked when I saw workers clear tables and then grab a glass and go HANDS AND CUP STRAIGHT INTO THE ICE.. UGH UGH UGH.. Lost my appetite and DIDNT ask for a refill. Oh this is such a health code violation. SAD PART, I have several videos of this while recording my friends grandson they were in the background grossing me out..
Again another no pic moment. We went for the burger bundle deal, it was so good, my group enjoyed and we all ate like piggies. Then of course wanted more when we got 12 miles away lol
Service was great! I was looking for a low carb option and our server (Sienna) gave a few suggestions that we loved. Thanks! Salads were fresh and the smash burger (without bun) was even better. I recommend a side order of bacon Aoli sauce. Will definitely go back soon.

Extremely Slow, im sure this was a staffing or management issue. The restaurant was not busy, from the time we got seated to leaving, it was two hours, and maybe longer for lunch is unexceptable.

Doordash order so I can not speak to service and atmosphere. Boneless wings have hardly any BBQ sauce on them.

Well first off they didn't have any lettuce period. So was unable to order a salad for 1 in our party of 4. Then when the food come out. They screwed up and put cheese on the tots. When I asked for a cheese cup since I was the only that wanted cheese. So when she brought out the correct order. It only had 12 tots when we ordered the large size. So I asked the waitress if that was the correct order for large. Well she replied that maybe they shorted the order since they might be running low. So we pay full price for half a order huh? We'll i guess we will not return to this one again. If they gouge people like this why bother going again. I will also be letting corporate know about these issues. It's pretty sad when places are doing this crap. Why bother asking for a manager they probably don't care either. Oh some of our wings were over cooked and they tried covering it up with the sauce
