we have been a regular customer since it opened in Dixon and also visted it in sterling.
usually the service is good and food for breakfest is good.
We went 2 days ago and the service was terrible.
I ordered a breakest skillet and my wife had a panini sandwich.
it took 45 minutes to get our meal.
we both ordered soup and she forgot to bring it I had to remind her.
The waitress was completely flustered.
45 minutes to get breakest is not acceptable.
she stated she had a large party in the next room. I was drinking Coffee and she was not coming around checking on our table.
Our Dining room had about 6 tables occupied. The other waitress looked like she was doing great serving orders in a very timely fashion.

I dined in at moms with my manager for a late brunch. It was dark walking in and cold. We were seated and because of a shift change we were left sitting for awhile. It was freezing in the restaurant. Our waitress looked as if she hated everything and was not accommodating to my manager’s food allergies. Telling us they don’t substitute. Food was good but definitely nothing I would rave about.

Place is crazy busy on a Sunday morning but what a great place for breakfast!! Had a skillet and it was huge waitress while super busy was still friendly!! Cant wait to go for lunch

Moms has THE BEST food hands down in sterling! The breakfast potatos are my favorite, but the soup and chicken are fantastic, the service is amazing and friendly. We have been going here for years now. I adore the main waitress with the blonde hair is absolutely stellar and has always been so sweet to us and especially my daughter! Thank you moms for giving us a wonderful experience every time!
