This location is fantastic in every way. I am a bit of a regular and predictable in my order. There have been times when my order is ready before I'm done paying because they saw me coming and knew what I wanted. Attentive and respectful, always cheerful and a pleasure to banter with, the staff here are all wonderful!

I was at the Sterling location and ordered cold foam for my drink. When I was at the window I noticed there wasn’t cold foam. I told the girl at the window and she checked the receipt and took my drink to correct it. Another girl came back to the window and rudely said, next time order it before you get to the window. Service at this location is always great. One thing that I would improve is whenever there are chunks in a drink like the mocha cookie crumble add a straw that would actually work. The regular straw provided doesn't work as the cookies get stuck .
