Chicken taco at 1am was amazing. Usually it's not as good but it was the other night besides the cheesy roll ups the cheese was cold n not melted but my taco was good
I ordered through DoorDash four chips and cheese to three softshell taco, combos, a cinnamon twist, and a cinnamon delight. when I got my order and it was delivered, There was no chips and cheese in the bag and no cinnamon twist. I did, however get four free coupons and one of them said sorry out of chips and And cinnamon twist. Taco Bell neglected to tell my Dasher or call me to let me know About the issue. I would’ve rather had just canceled my order considering I paid $52 for my food. Very unprofessional, considering you should always call the customer or find a way to contact the customer about an issue with an order. luckily, I was able to contact DoorDash support and get my money back for the items I did not receive. no, thanks to the workers at Taco Bell in Sterling Illinois.

Cant make any food besides tacos, then when you ask for a beefy five layer with no beans they cant even make that even tho its a taco with nacho cheese and beans. Whole night crew is garbage and should feel ashamed to have such a horrid crew be apart of this

I recently went to Sterling, Il. Taco Bell and they have a lot of new stuff. I love it. I especially love their Nacho Fries.

Went for chicken quesadillas and Doritos locos supreme, ordered two of each. Was informed they had no ground beef, only steak or chicken. Ended up paying extra for the steak tacos (which ended up NOT being supreme)bc THEY had no ground beef and was told at the window AFTER I ordered the quesadillas were not an option, so.... $11.38 for two cold crappy tacos. Thanks

If I could give this zero stars just know that I would. They have been out of Baja blast for a week now I've gone ever day to check if it's it's back just for disappointment. Furthermore I could not have been more shocked when I was told "We are all put of chalupas." This brought me brought me to my knees begging to to god that this can't be real but sure enough I have to accept this harsh reality.
