I went in the drive through and ordered some food for both my mom and I. The worker attending us was very rushed and didn't place our orders correctly. When requested to fix it she rushed again and gave me a raisin bagel on the bacon egg and cheese when I never asked for that. Unfortunately can't go back and say this in person but I won't be coming back.

Maria Works the morning shift December 29, 2025 very ignorant very rude. She wanted to make me pull all the way back around the drive-through all because I didn’t finish my Order at the speaker that did not work so she wanted to tell me to pull all the way back around and try again. It’s like she wanted to tell me what to do and I was actually trying to be very nice in the situation and the only reason I’m doing a bad review because that was uncalled for it’s 556 in the morning and I’m not trying to deal with this bull crap

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I GO HERE EVERY MORNING BEFORE WORK AND TODAY THE 2 WOMAN WHO WORKED 5 o’clock in the morning was very rude they didn’t want to take my card on another machine after they didn’t tell me the machine at the front register wasn’t working I figured it wasn’t working myself wen I tried to tap and pay also I went to the car to get cash and she then tell me she didn’t have a change for a 20 idk what the issue was with them but they wasn’t professional at all

This is the Absolute Worst DD I have ever been too. I was on my way to a Dr's appointment and seen this place in the way. There was only car at window and one placing an order. It took forever about 5 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order, then took another 10 minutes for the person in front of me to receive her (1) drink. When I finally made it the window, they did not have my order registered in the system. When I placed my whoever took it, repeated it to me. They had no idea what i was talking about. I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait for my order. I just wanted a drink. This place is the complete pits!! Never Again!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Customer service in store and on the phone at dunkin customer service sucks!!! I just needed a refund on missed food and I have to wait for a phone call??! I called this location several times and no one ever answers the phone. I call customer service and can’t even do anything for $2.69 from ALL money I put in at dunkin greedy franchise!! You can keep $2.69 and I will stop putting my money at all dunkin.
