The owners are terrible to their staff, and the owner is also rude and despotic toward customers. I won’t support a business that treats employees and clients this way. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

The food was horrible & the AC was not working when we dined in. We left hungry since no one touched their meal. Waitress was very friendly & attentive but we will not be returning.

I have gone here many times with my sister and loved the service and food but the last experience was horrible. My cousin was here from out of town and I wanted her to love this place as much as me. The air was broke but we decided to stay anyway. They had fans and it wasn’t so bad. We ordered drinks and they weren’t blended, there were pieces of ice in them I sent mine back but it came back worse. We got two medium drinks, a small ceviche and we shared the mixed fajitas. The cost of that was about 68 dollars but we were charged 89. I didn’t realize until after we left. She told me the tip was included which I don’t agree with because our waitress was not attentive and she disappeared for about 30 mins. Not friendly at all and loooked like she didn’t want to be there. I would have liked to decided on what to tip. Overall I would not go back. It’s sad because I loved this place !

I would leave this review short and simple but unfortunately my experience was far from that. We walked in and felt all eyes from the employees staring down my family and I. We had already felt judged and un-welcomed, but to make matters worse, the “singers” there were making snarky comments.To add on more to the “singers,” they should’ve been fired at the auditions or whatever because I couldn’t enjoy my seating down without hearing scratchy old voice cracks from the employees that were harassing us earlier, as if they didn’t look like dried up raisins and q-tips. The food there is a whole other discussion but I have the time, unlike any of the employees in the restaurant. I ordered a fish fillet and let me tell you when I say, it was HORRIBLE. I was afraid to catch an undiscovered disease from this place when I took the first bite. The food overall was pretty much disgusting and seemed rushed. It seemed like they ran out of space in their garbage cans so they tried to get rid of all the oil they had on the pans onto our plates because they seemed completely drenched. Anyway, I DEFINITELY recommend not coming here, trust me there’s better places than this where you can get a much more enjoyable experience.

Bad management service, first after we get table with our first waiter (“manager named Nacho”) who got upset because he had to clean the table we choose, then we waited 10 minutes and no one came with menus or something so I had to look for waiter to get service and take our order, so he was there and asked other waiter to take our order 👎, new waiter took our order then drinks was served after 15 minutes we ordered them 👎, we were so hungry and waited and waited then food arrived almost an hour after we get there👎, just because we ask for 2 times to waiter 👎 last my food was not hot it was warm cold 👎 terrible service, the worst !!

My family and I have been going here for years, with the new management the food has not been the same. We decided to give it another chance and ordered a to go order for 2 langostino dinners this past weekend. Unfortunately the food was burnt, I immediately called and spoke with the waitress who gave me the food, and at first she did ask me to come back, return the food, and we can reorder. I mentioned we were far away, and if we could submit a picture, which she agreed and gave me her personal number. I sent the pictures and received no response, I followed up with the restaurant the next day and the manager told me we couldn’t get a refund or credit because we didn’t bring the food, though I mentioned the conversation with her server that told me to do so. Manger was rude and not trying to hear me, she told me she would call me back and didn’t. Seafood is expensive I even tipped the server, never again.
