By FAR the dirtest, rudest and gross experience EVER had in any of the McDonald’s I’ve been too in my life. Keep driving past and do better to the owner! Employees literally ignore you after several requests/excuse mes…. I had to raise my voice to get them to look at me for a straw!!!!

Slooooow and high priced. Now they force you to use the kiosk. I've seen 4 people leave after being told they don't take orders at the counter. Dumb move by the owner. Wont be back.

I went in yesterday evening to order food, didn't realize they had switched to kiosk only ordering. It's been a while since I had been inside, as I normally go through the drive through, but today I was in a vehicle too large to do so. I stood at the registers for what seemed to me like 10 or more minutes before another restaurant patron informed me of the policy change. I had seen the kiosks, I don't personally agree with them. And up till now they've been optional, so I choose not to use them. 3 different employees had walked by me multiple times, and looked right at me standing there. I didn't see any signs. Just because you don't have to take orders anymore doesn't mean that you should stop paying attention the counter lol. What if i had an issue with the kiosk or needed ketchup? I walked out without ordering anything and heated up leftovers at home, which turned out to be a much better choice anyway.

They want $15 an hour with a $4 an hour work ethic. Worst McDonald's around. Order never right and takes forever. These kids need to pull their head out of their azz. Save your time and money and go down the road to Shell.

Service was awful. Order 4 happy meals in drive thru only received 3. When we went in to ask for the 3rd they refused to give us the other. All employees were laughing and making rude comments including the “manager”. Only would refund my money for 3 meals even though I was charged for 4 and I returned all the meals. Other customers were complaining the whole time of not getting their orders correct and missing items. All the while the employees were laughing and making rude comments.

Don’t receive the proper food and employees and managers are rude when they speak to you. They refuse to correct the issue when they make a mistake. Not a good way to do business.

Ordered via the app and designated pick up via the drive thru. Was issued a 2 letter, 2 digit code. Pulled up to the drive thru and the code suddenly changed to an order number. Went thru drive thru, was handed my drink and I was lectured by the window server that next time i would have to come into the restaurant to get my order. When I attempted to explain what happened, he told me he does not need an attitude. If this is the way they treat their customers, I will have to think twice about ever returning, extremely disappointed in the service!

I was just at the Stockon,IL McDonald's and was so frustrated that I left. They no longer have people to take you order in the restaurant. People have been replaced by a kiosk or App. They is absolutely ridiculous!!!! People were confused as to how to use it. People were standing around that worked there doing nothing. People were waiting in lines for food and this is suppose to be progress? This is so sad. I will never eat at another McDonald's if this is how I am going to be treated. No personal interaction, the no more McDonald's for me. People need people not machines!!!!!!!

Can't understand why the new policy is to not take my order at the counter but someone can take my money at the counter - tried to ask the person why that was and was greeted with " I'm not going to argue with you that's the new policy if you don't like it you don't have to come back " I wanted a human to take my order, was told no , but then a human can take my cash and be rude to me for it - very disappointing visit will not return , been coming to this location for many years - hire nicer folks , you're image isn't great now anyways
