WORST customer service experience EVER. Had gone to get my daughter a donut and after waiting at the window for upwards of 5 minutes( at the window, not in line, no one in front of me)I mentioned it to Lisette, who came to the window that waiting for a donut for more than 5 minutes is a little excessive. This place has horrible service I waited two to three minutes anybody to even come to the counter and then when they did for them to give me back my change took about three minutes and they messed up my order 3 times and I was the only customer in line I asked for a simple medium dark roast black coffee with Splenda on the side and they kept saying cream and sugar I would never recommend this place I think if you cannot treat customers with respect and dignity and you just completely...read full review
I've been here a few times. From what I have seen, they are consistent with there coffee. I have made specific orders and gotten exactly what I wanted. I ordered a small iced coffee, dark roast, with three turbo shots, and 2 pumps of mocha. It was great! Good quality and consistent. The only con I have is their charisma for customer service.
