30 minutes to wait for a mobile order and it still wasn’t done is unacceptable!!
I wont be getting my coffee/snacks any more at this location. In a pandemic and currently here in this Illinois masks are MANDATORY for being indoors. Wearing a mask means NOT only covering one’s chin. This is not the only time employees do not follow state or Starbuck’s mask policy.
SHAME on this location for not keeping customers safe! I would not surprise if other health violations are occurring at this location.
