We placed a delivery order that was never fulfilled. Upon contacting the restaurant after the delivery window had expired, we were informed that our order had not even been picked up. After being placed on hold to speak with the manager, we were simply told that she was unaware of the situation and asked whether we had received our food.
It is entirely unacceptable that no effort was made to notify us of the delay or provide an update. A simple call or message would have allowed us to cancel the order and make alternative arrangements instead of waiting nearly two hours for food that never arrived. This level of service is completely unprofessional and reflects extremely poor management. We will not be ordering from this location again.

I was excited to have my pepperoni pizza I bought at this location. I brought 4 of them home to Florida. What a disgrace! One piece of pepperoni on the whole pizza!!! Giordano's you should be ashamed of yourself. So that would be 1/4 of a thin slice of pepperoni for each person.

Got all the way here and was told they stop dine in orders at 10 even though they close at 12
Got there at 9:30 since this is the only location open until 11. Waited around for a few minutes and a girl comes out and says we’re closed for dine in. Weird cause the door says they close for dine in an hour before closing. Fine whatever. We proceed to ask if we can get pizza to go to which she said the kitchen is closed. As we were leaving there were three tables full of people but it was closed for us I guess. Was it racism? Was it laziness? Or was it just the cook and waiter left early and she was doing all three? I guess we’ll never know. Unfortunate though since we wasted time going there. Also there was no sign on the door that said anything about Labor Day hours so who knows what actually was happening.

Pizza was good and we expected that. There was only one other occupied table and after waiting for almost 12 mins and then signaling the waitress to come over we were able to place our order. It is surprising that no one came to us for our drinks order . The waitress apologized a couple of times. Overall I would have given a 5 star if the order was not delayed. May go again but would likely order a to go
