Manager Natalie has a terrible attitude with her customers. Ordered 1 singular pizza at 4:30 pm. It’s now 7pm and not delivered. When calling multiple times told different things - in route, on its way, or not even an order for my name. When trying to cancel my order met with nothing but sass and lacks customer service. Will not order from here again

The food here was absolutely delicious I highly recommend getting the meat lovers deep dish. The service was beyond horrible. We watched other servers dote on their patrons bringing refills and serving their food. However our waitress was nowhere to be found. It was so bad that we to call another server for napkins refills and service. The atmosphere was quiet. No complaints. So I say overall a good place to eat it really just depends on who serves you.

sometimes when I order pizza, I request them to draw a cat on the box in the special instructions. this was the best pizza box cat drawing I’ve ever gotten. I’m a happy customer!

We placed a delivery order that was never fulfilled. Upon contacting the restaurant after the delivery window had expired, we were informed that our order had not even been picked up. After being placed on hold to speak with the manager, we were simply told that she was unaware of the situation and asked whether we had received our food.
It is entirely unacceptable that no effort was made to notify us of the delay or provide an update. A simple call or message would have allowed us to cancel the order and make alternative arrangements instead of waiting nearly two hours for food that never arrived. This level of service is completely unprofessional and reflects extremely poor management. We will not be ordering from this location again.
