Portillo's Streamwood

Ordered a beef sandwich, and it was dry and the Cheese i Requested was a small dab in the middle of the beef. Im very Disappointed in the Quality In the service.. i have had issues, my last 3 visits to Portillo. Seams like its going down hill!!

I used to frequent this partillo's quite often but they kept getting the orders wrong took a break for a while came back and once again my order is wrong ordered wet and it was dry as a board! What is so hard about READINDG THE TICKET ORDER AND

Good food, but I think it's ridiculous management forces employees to be outside taking orders in the extreme cold and extreme heat. I don't mind waiting in the drive through a little longer than normal. Give a shit about your employees and let them work from inside.

This is our closest Portillo's and we love it. We're here more than we probably should be here. We always come around dinner time and inside the restaurant is never busy. Our orders are usually taken immediately and our food is ready a couple of minutes later. The restaurant is always clean and there's always plenty of seats to choose from.

The drive thru any time of day is always wrapped around the restaurant and sometimes backs out into the rest of the shopping center.

They gave me old overcooked fries and try to blame it on doordash. Cold is one thing, dried and overcooked is another. They tasted like they were made the day before.

We had a late night dinner for three of us. Hot dogs, Maxwell Street Polish, and Italian beef. All we very good.

Classic vegan hotdog chicago-style is my wife's guilty pleasure. It's smokey flavors with all the toppings satisfies cravings. We love the cheese fries, chicken sandwich, occasional burgers, and legacy of our local Portillos.

Vegetarian options: Vegan hotdog is bomb

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, booster seats and a whole lotta 50s dinner-ephemeral to keep you entertained in the space for a quick meal. It's a good place to meet with friends for a visit.

The manager took him out in a bag but better measures should be taken

The drive-through, woman who took our order, refused to let us look at the menu and got mad when I asked to see it. We had to look it up online.

We had an order with only 5 items. They forgot 2 cheese cups.

I had to microwave cheese on my fries like an animal. It was not good and I threw them out.

Sat by the window for 12 minutes waiting for someone to come by to get my extra dressing that should've already been in my bag considering they repeated my order to me. She then had the nerve to ask for my food back so she can check the bag as if I was lying. This is not the first time. But will be the last time I go to this location..

Portillos always forgets an item whenever I go through the drive through. You’d think they’d take care not to screw up an order especially when the full order was about $80.00! Seriously, how hard is it to match the order that’s stapled to the bag with what is in the bag????? Happens too often. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

They always get the order correctly! I love portillos!
