Mike is hands down the best front desk staff I’ve met at any slot place 🎰 Super friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. I’ve been here plenty of times and he’s always consistent. Funny thing is, no matter how well he knows me, he still checks my ID every single time 😂 He said it’s because of the cameras — respect for staying professional. Great service overall!

I had the worst experience here today I came in with 2 other people aRound 3:30pm and the lady working was very rude and disrespectful, as soon as we walked in she told us to shut up because she was on the Phone, i told her that was not nice and she told us to get out, i will never visit here again.

Went their and the employee was outside the door in a car getting High on weed in the parking lot with a car of others while a new employee was sitting at the table texting her letting her know that she had coustimers standing at the counter waiting to register for the February drawing that was going on. Bad atmosphere and bad employee.

Great place! During the day Deb is my favorite host. Always friendly and serves me with a smile! She has it ready before I even sit down! And in the evening is my Favorite girl Michelle! Who keeps the place spic and span! Unlike the casinos they wipe each machine down after every person! This is great for flu season! And Michelle also knows what I like and has it ready for me! They go above and beyond to please there customers and will even reserve a machine for up to fifteen minutes if you call in advance. They are the best in the area!!!
