This place suxs!!! Avoid it all cost employees are really rude and serve really old food. When called to complain about the issue the employee ignored and hung up the phone 3 times. Called multiple times to get him to understand the issue and he did not care save your money and go somewhere else for real fresh subs!

This location should follow its signage. If the signage says breakfast subs available all day, then you should offer them all day. The employees blame this on the owner, not allowing them to sell them after a certain time. But when asked for the owners' information, they will not give you it. When questioned about this the 2 employees just ignored the request and wouldn't speak to me.

I was at Walmart shopping felt very hungry stop at this subway.My bread was very stale and hard as a ROCK And I asked for couple extra napkins they got really upset over napkins and they gave me only one napkin with a footling this is ridiculous.this part of business to provide napkins with your food..ALL THESE INDIANS RUINED THE SUBWAY MARKET.They don’t realise they are not in INDIA they are in USA and they need to run their business the AMERICAN WAY!!!!!!!!People are rude,very argumentative and hostile and they don’t chang their gloves and you have to remind them after touching cash register and making someone else’s sandwich if theses things don’t change I will be emailing it to corporate and report it to serve safe sanitation and to Streamwood health dept.There is no food safety practice at this location to serve the guests..They use the same knives for every customer and they don’t wash their knives this is disgusting:(Needs to have fresh Bread all the time for customers and fresh veggies not wilted tomatoes,spinach and etc if these things don’t change I will escalate it to next level.M

After I finished eating my subway meal I needed more napkins. So I asked the subway worker to give me the napkins. But their was soap on worker's hands when he gave me the napkins. The bubbles in his hands were very visible, and the napkins were already wet when I got them.

DON'T GO HERE. I walked in, ready to order, but there's a sign posted stating they aren't taking printed or paper coupons. I walked out; sorry for the loss of sale Subway.
