I ordered a cake online for my husband's 50th birthday, and paid for it. I received an email saying it was ready for pick up and they were open until 10pm, which is also what their Google hours say. I got there at 6pm, and they were closed with the lights off and no one there. I went to customer service and they were like "oh, they must have closed early '. I explained that I had a cake to pick up that was already paid for, I just needed someone to get it. NO ONE would help me. Even the shift manager was like "I don't know why they closed early, but you'll have to come back tomorrow ". That meant blowing the surprise, because my husband was off the next day so there was no way to get the cake without him knowing. TERRIBLE customer service. If they promise a cake on a certain day, they should be open to deliver. I will NEVER use Walmart bakery again. Plus the cake looked like a 4 year old wrote on it, and it wasn't even made correctly. It was missing sprinkles and decorations I had ordered. Terrible.
