Time-Out Ice Cream

Went there for the first time in a couple of years today. Ordered a strawberry shake. On my way home (I live out of town) I had an allergic reaction to my shake. I opened my cup and saw what looked like chocolate & the taste was off, it tasted like banana to me. I am allergic to banana. When I called to let them know the girl working told me that it’s not possible since they clean out their machines after every use.
