Came from Springfield Missouri to visit my parents in blandinsville. My father suggested we go to Stronghurst to eat here.
Atmosphere was super nice! I felt like I was in an 80s movie when the entire place when silent when we walked in! It was awesome
The bartender had a great personality was very attentive and the food was some of the best I have ever had in the area with great portions!

Went there this morning. Been there in the past, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Worst service I've had in a long time. Had to wait over 5min. for them to come to our table only 2 tables with people. Then first cup of coffee had scum floating in both cups. Silverware wrapped at the table with NO spoons. The waitress never came by any table asking if they needed anything. Was only served 1 cup of coffee. Need to train waitress or get rid of them. And the food wasn't nothing to brag about.

Whether alone or with family, this excellent place with friendly staff and reasonable drink prices is a great stop for anyone.
