Local Cup and Cake is such a cozy little spot. The coffee is delicious with lots of flavors to choose from, and the donuts, coffee cake, and biscuits and gravy really hit the spot. John and Alice are the sweetest — so kind and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that just makes you feel good walking in.
I went for the first time and had a ham & egg biscuit, can of Diet Pepsi and a chocolate chip muffin. Everything was excellent! I even ordered another biscuit sandwich and took home a 2-pack of baked iced donuts. There's a small seating area inside, with more seating as you open the door. Very great customer service and an awesome variety of goods & drinks! I am not a local but they made me feel like a local, greeting with a smile & serving me with care and love in every coffee and pastry! I highly recommend this spot for locals or people passing by. This is my shop now when I’m in town!
