Great food!! We had the tenders and Patty melt special. Tasty and homemade not frozen. I will definitely go back and recommend.

First time at the Sublette Saloon. I, ordered onion rings , a couple of cocktails. 2 orders of wings. After taking a bite out of the first wing, noticed it was still bloody meat was pink. Gave it the benefit of doubt put a fork in another one same thing. Unfortunately the wings were undercooked. Brought it to the attention of the waitress. She takes the order away comes back & tells me she gave me a couple of bucks off on my total order &. Brings me the receipt. That left me with a sour note with me. I called her back showed her the bloody liquid in the take out tray & told her I want that order of wings off my bill. Any issue to call the manager. She spoke to him, they took the order off. So the manager comes to question me about the wings. He tells me that is the color of fried chicken. He said she took the temperature." Really" !My response was those wings were undercooked. I called it quits after the 2nd wing & returned the unfinished portion.Juices should always run clear. Meat should be white not pink & rubbery. Temperature should be 165 degrees. Before you try to school your customers on how to fry chicken wings make sure you & team are well informed on what they are doing. Under cooked chicken can major food poisoning, hence can cause major lawsuit ! Not the best experience on my first visit. Definitely don't feel comfortable coming back after that. Definitely do not recommend.

Silly place needs to be open Mondays and have food 7 days a week. More than frozen pizza odd hot dogs and nachos. Great bartenders loose slots and friendly people.
