I am extremely disappointed with the repeated incompetence and incorrect orders at this Dunkin’ location. Every time I place an order through the app or order in person, I specifically request no cheese because I cannot have dairy. Despite these clear instructions, my food repeatedly comes with cheese.

It was okay. I felt rushed at the drive-thru because they didn't answer my question. The coffee had more sugar than I requested, and the sandwich was lukewarm.
Server was rude food was stuck to napkins no carmel in my latte. Service here has greatly diminished.
