went thru drive thru, one car ahead of me no one in lobby! I was asked if I wanted whipped cream on my shake and I told her no. She handed me the shake with topping,I told her no whip topping,she tossed it in the trash! As she made another one she was talking to a coworker and put whip topping again! She made a third one while still talking to her coworker and it had frozen ice cream and chocolate in the bottom! It was not mixed at all! I will not go back!
