I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“I went to Dell Rheas chicken basket Sunday with my family. The food is always amazing. This week was a bit different than our other experiences. We were about to leave and it started to storm outside. There was a car in the parking lot that had its windows and sunroof open. The owner or manager was announcing that the car had had its windows and sunroof open. No one was replying. After a few minutes, somebody had realized that it was their vehicle. The gentleman whose vehicle it was, was having trouble closing his sunroof. The owner or manager went into the parking lot and assisted the gentleman and covering or closing his sunroof getting completely soaked in the rain. These are the things that go unnoticed as a manager or owner in this industry. I seen this because I was sitting in the parking lot in my truck getting ready to leave. I too oversee three hospitality operations and had to leave this review and give that man credit! GREAT JOB!!“

The atmosphere was fantastic, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from our server, Tina. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free .
