“Had the 2 pice box meal, which was ok.
The only problem at this location is that the staff is loud, they were talking loud and shouting at each other laughing while cooking and serving food. They need to respect the dining room where customers want to enjoy a clean and quiet atmosphere while dining, and some employees were lounging in the dining area while on break, again, talking loud.
The restaurant looked clean.“

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“The wings here are excellent! They are large, tender and juicy. I just ordered for a second time to pick up on my way home from work. The first time I got garlic parm. They are really delicious! The regular buffalo wings were really good also. Today I ordered the garlic parm and honey barbecue.“

“Although I hear they have good smashburgers had a taste for wings. It's rare to find places that will give you the whole wing. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“

“Went here for a late night pizza to celebrate my friends birthday! They were super hospitable. Their pizza is good as hell and they gave us a free cannoli. Wow. I’m sure if my friend batted his eyelashes hard enough they would’ve invited him out back for a lil sumpthin sumpthin. If you’re drunk and hungry in Logan square, you simply cannot do better than this establishment. If you go, do yourself a favor and get the GARLIC FRIES“

I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. They had very good crinkle cut french fries which in my opinion is perfect. Only thing is I I wanted mild sauce with my chicken and they serve barbecue sauce which was pretty good but at the same time it is not mild sauce. Can I say anything bad about the fried Chicken wings? They were great. I highly recommend this place for chicken wings over sharks or JJ fish okay and chicken or any other chicken neighborhood spots much better than Popeyes. The service was great. I am learning now. Some of the best fast food can be found at the gas station. This one gets my boat of approval.“
