Not my 1st time here, usually through the drive-thru. They handled their $1 sub day (May 2nd) decent once a line was formed, considering the mob of people to deal with. Seemed quite unorganized...the other location was by far better last year (95th Street- Hickory Hills) This one didn't seem managed at all or maybe just that poorly.
