“My first time dining here and everything was perfect. Great customer service, the inside of the restaurant was extremely clean, my food was fresh and delicious. The area is safe. Not sure what others are speaking of. Heavily lit area next to the NIU campus.“

“I have been here twice while in town it is slow at times the lady at the window took our order she was very sweet then told us to pull foward we sat for a while I had to call inside after 20 mins the manager I didn't catch his name he apologized more than once he also gave us free apple pies and extra food for the wait seeing how hard he is working to keep this place afloat i will definitely be back!“

“Every fast food place has been struggling to get enough employees and there have been supply chain issues that impact having equipment and sometimes even food items. Here's what I know about KFC. They are working so hard under difficult conditions. I have had excellent service with a smile and my food orders are always correct. Thanks!“
