“This location is my example of the best standard of quality service. Every time, it is a pleasant and friendly exchange.
I had ordered the spicy deluxe and regular chicken sandwich, which were perfect. I had forgotten my wallet and asked Paola, the cashier, to cancel. She, without hesitation, spoke to the very friendly manager, Juan. They paid for my meal and added smiles on top. I thank both of them for the amazing service.“

“Good location. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, half mild and half spicy with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits through their drive-thru. Service was ok. The food was ready after a short wait and was still hot when I got home after a 20-minute commute. Nice crispy skin and moist and steaming, perfectly cooked chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mashed potatoes were filled to the brim and very heavily saturated in gravy, which I have found certain locations do not do. The mac-n-cheese was rich and creamy, and the biscuits were warm and crumbly. My only gripes were that the spicy pieces were not the usual spiciness we're accustomed to and so didn't quite have the heat we're typically used to tasting, and one of the pieces had a deep-fried feather still attached to it. But other than that, my experience turned out pretty good.

Vegetarian options: The biscuits, fries, red beans and rice, and the mac-n-cheese are probably vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Not a great place to go to if you have a gluten sensitivity or are severely allergic to gluten.

Parking: Several spots around the store.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love fried chicken.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors appear to be wide enough to accommodate an assisted mobility device.“

“I really liked the food here, stopped in for a lunch date, its definitely a nice treat compared to fkc and popeys. There's not too much space to sit and the tables where pretty much all dirty. I would recommend you give it a try. Spicy chicken definitely had a little kick to it.

Parking: There's enough parking in front and around the side.“

“First time at this location. Cashiers friendly and seemed to appreciate our business. Great customer service and it's a Sunday night about half hour before closing. Food hot and fresh. Short wait and cashiers apologized, very sympathetically. Overall happy with our first visit here. Earned a repeat customer.“

“I’ve been here several times already and I always come back. The food is delicious and generous with the amount. My favorite sauce is their signature tiger sauce! It’s my go-to chicken spot now, I don’t even go to the fast food chicken places now because I love supporting a small, family-owned business even more. While the service could be slow at busy times, please remember that it’s only a handful of workers there alongside with the owners. The owners are probably the reason why I come back, they are the friendliest pair I’ve even met in a restaurant business. You can really feel the care and love they pour into their business in their food.“

“Ordered from drive thru and had the Honey Hot boneless wings , onion rings and my boyfriend had Spicy tenders , Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. We live close to 40 min away and by the time we got home the food was STILL FRESH AND TASTY. You definitely have to give the new lemonade mix in flavors a try . Each item was extremely delicious!!! KFC who??? We will be coming back because we loved everything!!! ??“

“I ended up at Chick-fil-A after getting frustrated with other fast food places taking forever to get my order. Even though there was a line here too, the drive-thru moved way faster than at other spots I had tried. The service was just what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A—polite and efficient. They really know how to keep things moving without sacrificing quality customer service.

The food was solid, as always, but the only hiccup was that they gave me the wrong sauce. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but if you’re particular about your sauce, you might want to double-check before driving off. “The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol Stream KFC team!“
