For some reason, this place can never get a full order correct. They always forget something! I ordered tonight and they forgot the salad and added a large coke and large fries(did not order a large coke or large fries)

I dont understand how difficult it can be to read an order off a screen. Maybe these employees should go back to school or maybe they should be paid lower than minimum wage!

Subpar compared to the many other locations I've visited. I ordered a single hamburger and waited about 10 minutes. Why? Because no one was working the broiler for 6 minutes straight!

I finally get my food, and it was half as good as it is at the one in Schaumburg. I wanted extra mayo and got extra ketchup instead. Burger tasted more like lettuce and pickle than the nice char broiled taste you normally get. Not sure how they did that.

I come here quite often and I came in for an Uber pickup tonight and I just wanted to shout out one of the workers tonight, her name is Jevika (not sure on the spelling). But she was coming up with sayings after calling out the order number. I thought that was a great way to keep working in a face pace environment positive. I really enjoyed how even with being super busy, she was making it a positive experience. I enjoyed listening to all the different sayings she came up with....
