I've been going here for the past few months. I find it very hard to justify spending $13 for what I have gotten and it frustrates me to no end. Barely any veggies (3 tiny peices of green pepper, 5 quarters of mushroom, so basically a mushroom and a quarter and I asked for EXTRA because I keep getting barely any)and TONS of tofu, and TONS of oil. Small container of rice, not filled. The owner is so nice, but this is FRUSTRATING. This was their last chance. and again... not happy.
We enjoyed another great meal. Thank you!
We had there duck Penang, egg rolls, crab fried rice, shrimp cigars and it was amazing I can’t wait to have it again

Thai Town in Sycamore is a hidden gem known for having the best Thai food around. The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The crab rangoon and pad kee mao are highly recommended, and many guests enjoy the crab fried rice and shrimp pad woon sen, which are delicious with a nice amount of veggies and proteins. The pot stickers, served with a fiery sauce, are also a great starter, while the pad see eiw, although tasty, can be a bit oily. The Thai tea is a must-try, and the portions are generous. This family-owned restaurant offers top-notch service, with the owner Koliko being especially appreciated by customers for his kindness. Many guests mention that the food is fresh, delicious, and well-portioned. The staff are extremely wonderful and accommodating, often asking how spicy dishes should be prepared, allowing for customization. The atmosphere is relaxed and chill, making it a great spot to enjoy a flavorful meal. With reasonable prices, Thai Town is considered one of the best places to eat in Sycamore and Dekalb County.
