Excellent customer service. The manager was extremely friendly and apologetic for the small wait that we encountered in the drive thru due to an issue with their fryer. The issue amounted to us waiting only about 5 minutes. The manager gave us two free nacho fries, a free chalupa, and a coupon for a free taco for next time. She was so sincere and kind! It made our day. Plus, the food was nice and fresh!
I don't know what these other clowns are talking about. This was the best T-Bell experience I have ever had. I have been a patron of T-Bell since childhood, back when you could get a rack of tacos for 10 bones. Of the hundreds of different T-Bell establishments, been to 40 states or more, this was the best. Hands down.
They don’t always get your order right, but it’s always good.
