Pre-ordered my food via the mobile order. When I finally got up to the window they didn't even have my mobile order. Went to go wait for it in the mobile order parking spot for about 10-15 mins. My food was cold as well. I understand the dining is closed, but clearly the people that are working the drive-thru can't handle that. You should at least be able to go inside to pick up an order. Super slow!
Very disappointed lately. When they 1st opened it was great. The past 2 times I tried to eat there they had signs up stating lobby was closed but people were inside eating. Why are some people allowed to eat inside and then lock the doors? Then I call and ask why and the lady was very rude on the phone acting like she don't know what I'm talking about. I love Wendy's over the other options of fast food there but if service will be like this then I won't be going back.
