Ordering in the store is fine though the employees always seem upset. Ordering for a delivery is always a nightmare. Some orders can take up to an hour before you receive them. Freaky fast? I think not.

Incompetent service. Ordered a roast beef and cheddar, requested it meat and cheese only. Confirmed with the cashier they understood. Waited 20 minutes for sandwich to be prepared without regard to customization.
Sandwich found it's way to the trash, $15 and 20 minutes down the drain. Will never return and do not recommend.

2-20-25 Bread was like a brick today. Sandwiches were not made to order as the cashier couldn’t hear or didn’t pay attention. Then of course you don’t get the receipt until sandwiches are done and you already took off as it was a to go order.

I had a cold cut sandwich and the mayo was bad. I got food poisoning. Never again.
Rolled through the drive thru at 8:45 and they claimed they were closed. Told them google said they closed at 9 and they argued back while they had the light on for open and people inside. I’m sure the owner will love to hear the loss of business on their end for closing earlier than advertised

My wife and mother inlaw and I went for lunch. The music is loud in there and they can here you talk. The bread was hard to eat. The one in Decatur IL is better than the one in Taylorville IL. The guy at the cash register looked like he was lost and he went to blow his nose and didn't wash his hands. I had hair in my sandwich.
