2-20-25 Bread was like a brick today. Sandwiches were not made to order as the cashier couldn’t hear or didn’t pay attention. Then of course you don’t get the receipt until sandwiches are done and you already took off as it was a to go order.

Rolled through the drive thru at 8:45 and they claimed they were closed. Told them google said they closed at 9 and they argued back while they had the light on for open and people inside. I’m sure the owner will love to hear the loss of business on their end for closing earlier than advertised

My wife and mother inlaw and I went for lunch. The music is loud in there and they can here you talk. The bread was hard to eat. The one in Decatur IL is better than the one in Taylorville IL. The guy at the cash register looked like he was lost and he went to blow his nose and didn't wash his hands. I had hair in my sandwich.

Last two days I’ve ordered just two items a wrap and cookie it has taken more than 30+ minutes just on the delivery of my food today my wrap and chips took 43 minutes to be delivered my house is only half a mile away from the store I’m aware that other deliveries could or are being delivered before mine but never again will I be using delivery

Told lady order was messed up put no guacamole or tomato or cucumbers came with all that on it. The lady refused to talk and just wanted argue never gonna tip again until I check my order. Worst customer service I have had at restaurant by far.

Ordering jimmy johns was by the far the worst decision I made this week. I had just spent 17 dollars on a plain sandwich with barely anything on it in the first place. Then just to top it off I didn't even receive the drink I payed for. the best part of the meal was the pickle and even that was extra for the meal. If I could give any good advice just go to Subway, at least their sandwiches are worth the 16 dollar meal...
