Food is great, it would have been greater if they gave me my full order. I spend $58 tonight just for them not to give me my entire order. Bought the 6chicken+6 tender bucket with the sides and extra just to find out that they did not give me my 6tenders. This is the 3rd time now that something like this happens

25 minutes for 5 chicken tenders..then just pulled out of warming bin... People inside were not worried about as long as they got their drive up out everyone else could wait people standing in the lobby for quite some time..

Always hot and fresh. Employees are very kind and cheerful. Not a bad price. $20 meal for 7 pc chicken , mashed, coleslaw and 4 biscuits. Or you can get 2 singles w/cheese and a medium fry from wendys.... So much more for your buck!

I’m from Springfield and all of our stores closed I drove 30 Min and will drive it again! Food was hot and very tasty!!! Sorry no pics I immediately began eating!😊
The service was great, the staff was friendly, but I cannot look past the uncleanliness of the building. It’s months of neglect and it’s rather disgusting. If they were okay with letting people see how disgusting the lobby and restrooms were I can only imagine how nasty the kitchen is.

Taylorville has wonderful KFC. Springfield couldn't find the talent to keep 3 stores open. Lazy, mean people running it, couldn't treat their customers in a professional way.
My family really enjoys it. However, our would be nice if they had baked chicken for gluten free people.
