The food is always luke warm, the French fries don't fill the container and the employees aren't the friendliest. The floors are always sticky, sometimes tables sit dirty for a while.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and they STILL messed up my order. But the food is great and the people are really nice. Except one of the managers. I would recommend ordering in the afternoon. If you want a nice job with some nice people then come on down we're always hiring.

Went for breakfast to try again after yrs of gettin screwed on our order again kids dont listen and cant get order right! Plus get charged for somthin I didnt get! Nice to get it right once! So we are done! lived here all my life gettin worse!

Service is not good, really slow. McDonald's doesn't give you good service anymore. They just want you to take your food and leave. They even messed up my order. I only ordered two sausage biscuits and two McGriddles and I got in my bag three sandwiches.

Children always have an attitude in the evening shifts. Orders are always wrong. I am pregnant and was served a raw quarter pounder. Don’t have the energy to have the item replaced. I’m just completely overwhelmed with how this McDonald’s is ran. You have SO much better luck going to a location in Springfield. I will no longer eat or spend my money at this McDonald’s.

I'm not typically in the habit of giving most McDonald's a 5 star rating, but I've visited this location multiple times, and every time has been exceptional. The service has been fantastic, the food fresh, and the speed great. I really wish Decatur locations had this kind of professionalism.
