My husband and I came up from Mt. Vernon on Thursday 1/29/26 for St. Mary’s School grandparents day. Our grandkids wanted to go to McDonald’s afterwards, as did, most of the SMS kids and families. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the staff, as they were swamped all at once, and went above and beyond for all of us! They were running their tails off trying to accommodate each of us, making sure orders were correct, and delivered to tables quickly! They did an amazing job and we wanted to thank them for all they did!

Ordered using app and they charged me but said it didnt go through Manager tried guilt trip by saying he would get in trouble if he comped me. Showed receipt and said he would do it. Then forgot to enter the order. Waited 25 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich. Complete clown show and no apology.

The food is always luke warm, the French fries don't fill the container and the employees aren't the friendliest. The floors are always sticky, sometimes tables sit dirty for a while.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and they STILL messed up my order. But the food is great and the people are really nice. Except one of the managers. I would recommend ordering in the afternoon. If you want a nice job with some nice people then come on down we're always hiring.
Ordered online, got to the restaurant and waited for a to-go order for over 30 minutes before giving up and requesting a refund. If zero stars were an option, it would better reflect my experience.
