Service is not good, really slow. McDonald's doesn't give you good service anymore. They just want you to take your food and leave. They even messed up my order. I only ordered two sausage biscuits and two McGriddles and I got in my bag three sandwiches.
I'm not typically in the habit of giving most McDonald's a 5 star rating, but I've visited this location multiple times, and every time has been exceptional. The service has been fantastic, the food fresh, and the speed great. I really wish Decatur locations had this kind of professionalism.
Fast friendly service caught mistake before I did still was sufficient in making it known and making up for the waited time mind you this was in the drive through the employee could have just handed the food out the window and went about her day but she did not she noticed the mistake has the order retriever was putting it together and still fixed it good teamwork good staff and good leadership
