Every morning I get my Caramelicious Blender they never disappoint!. And my kids absolutely love going there for their $1 Mini Donuts!. The staff are amazing and friendly!

I tried to order on the app with my points to get my son a free drink with my order. The app frozen on the loading screen and took me back to the regular menu and never applied my points when I tried to check out. My points are now missing out of my balance. I ended up ordering at the speaker. I explained the situation to the employee and they took my name/number. When I received my order, my son’s drink was great. Mine on the other hand was not what I ordered, sadly I was already down the road before I realized and too far to turn around, considering I drove 30 mins to get a drink. I ordered the peanut butter crunch blender with oat milk instead of whole. I get these drinks all the time and what I received was a regular coffee blender - taste like frozen coffee. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with this location and for the price. It’s very upsetting when the drink isn’t made correctly.

2nd time I've been to scooters and love their coffee! Also tried one of the burritos from there and it was delicious. Definitely recommend! Also the staff is always friendly and the service is great!

I have been here many times and several times Chris was working. He NEVER gets my order right, I have to reorder at the window and this time he raised the pricefor his mistake! I shouldn't have accepted the order and I never will again because I will never be back! Extremely unhappy!
