Usually decent service, but today I got a medium coffee and a maple waffle sandwich and the sandwich looked like it was stomped on and the coffee was mostly ice and very little actual coffee.

Have never tried the food but stop in for their great coffee on my way to Springfield every time I go! Im a huge Dunkin Donuts fan, and usually dont like coffee from anywhere else...but Scooters coffee is always good coffee. I have never had poor service. Also, the staff is always friendly and polite as well. Nice to hear a cheerful voice on the speaker when you order, and see a smile at the window.

Every morning I get my Caramelicious Blender they never disappoint!. And my kids absolutely love going there for their $1 Mini Donuts!. The staff are amazing and friendly!

I tried to order on the app with my points to get my son a free drink with my order. The app frozen on the loading screen and took me back to the regular menu and never applied my points when I tried to check out. My points are now missing out of my balance. I ended up ordering at the speaker. I explained the situation to the employee and they took my name/number. When I received my order, my son’s drink was great. Mine on the other hand was not what I ordered, sadly I was already down the road before I realized and too far to turn around, considering I drove 30 mins to get a drink. I ordered the peanut butter crunch blender with oat milk instead of whole. I get these drinks all the time and what I received was a regular coffee blender - taste like frozen coffee. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with this location and for the price. It’s very upsetting when the drink isn’t made correctly.
