Tried three time since “new management” was advertised. Progressively worse each time. Will not return, don’t want to talk to “franchise owner” either. Place will be closed soon, mess up food orders and have extremely long wait times.

Terrible customer service and the GM is a joke. Called and filed a complaint. Tried talking to Gm they hung up. DONT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU AINT GONNA TREAT PEOPLE NICELY!

It took very nearly 30 or more minutes to get the food and when it came the 5 piece tenders were missing. We informed them of this we had to wait another 15-20 minutes and still didn’t get it. So we got a refund, the food was good nothing to complain there but it was a terrible experience.

Just disappointed time and time going to Sonic. I’ve had some good eats at this Sonic before but it’s so hit or miss. Doesn’t matter the time of day, it’ll be lackluster or almost inedible. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese Brioche after enjoying it once before and decided to be risky and get it again. Two little strippy nibs of bacon on a burnt hamburger bun with at least three big sloppy gloppy greasy fried eggs with *no* cheese for 5 bucks. Not to be dramatic but come on. The pretzel sticks are a good deal though and with the app there’s tons of deals to choose from. Sadly, after this I’m just deleting the app because the deals aren’t worth the chance of edible food or not.

Tots were cold and the cherry limeade didn't have any lime or cherries in it even tho we gave highest tip. Also, the cherry limeade, which is usually made with a regular closed lid, was made with an open dome lid that came off and spilled all over my couch as i was trying to put it in the cup holder.... Every time I come through this place they mess something up! Almost $15 dollars for a BACON DBL CHEESE SMALL TEA AND ONION RINGS! I ask what topping are on the burger other than the cheese and bacon. Their reply lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. I tell them NO TOMATOES OR LETTUCE! Not to difficult to make I get home to try to enjoy this $15 dollar sandwich and guess what!!! No BACON ON IT AND LOADED WITH 4 tomatoes and a handful of lettuce!!! What the hell! I’m livid right now! Then you call a Peoria phone number for Taylorville!!
