Every time I come through this place they mess something up! Almost $15 dollars for a BACON DBL CHEESE SMALL TEA AND ONION RINGS! I ask what topping are on the burger other than the cheese and bacon. Their reply lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. I tell them NO TOMATOES OR LETTUCE! Not to difficult to make I get home to try to enjoy this $15 dollar sandwich and guess what!!! No BACON ON IT AND LOADED WITH 4 tomatoes and a handful of lettuce!!! What the hell! I’m livid right now! Then you call a Peoria phone number for Taylorville!!

Food was super great and so was the experience today!! Loved the worker named Marissa in the drive thru as she was super nice!! Only took around three minutes to get my food and the drive thru was packed. My first time there and Marissa answered all of my questions!

I'll give this place an "A". An "A" for consistently getting my order incorrect.

The food is okay, pretty much consistent with any other Sonic I've been to.

Wait times are definitely longer than the average Sonic. (One time we pulled up to the drive-thru had no response at all)

And I do understand mistakes happen, but
anytime I've been here; whether it is ordering online, through the drive-thru, or at a stall; the orders always come out wrong. Normally, the order I received is simply missing a food item. However, to get the missing item, you have to wait in the slow drive-thru just to get the chance to speak with someone.

Ordered 15 mins ahead with app. Arrived early before scheduled time. Been waiting 25 mins past pick up time still nothing. All the cars in the drive through have been served and gone. 5 other cars in mobile pick up area waiting longer than me. If i hadn't already paid through the app i would be gone.

Waited long enough. Drove up to the drive up window. The girl was confused. Finally she goes “oh here it is”. She handed me the bag and i drove off. Sure enough it was cold as heck. Besides being cold, several items were missing. I suggest you go somewhere else if you dont want to be late or disappointed.

Last 2 times I have been here I have been given the wrong flavor drinks. I ordered strawberry limeade and get cherry. Currently I decided give them another shot. Nope it's been over 5 mins I am still sitting at the speaker and no one has come on the speaker!! Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere!!

Set in the stall for 2 sandwiches for 30 min even tho prepaid and said it was ready
