Don’t work here unless you want to work every school rush by yourself everyday for weeks, had to quit because it was extremely overwhelming with the lines that would go up into the aisles when I had to work by myself. I also had to work a holiday with no bonus with one other person and it was extremely busy and it’s always understaffed. (You will always work by yourself! Guaranteed. At some point) I also should’ve been the next manager of Starbucks but instead I had to TRAIN the manager how to do everything?? (They had no prior experience of working at Starbucks or coffee shops) Robin is actually insane and I’m glad she’s gone this December.nobody likes her and if they say they do, they haven’t actually worked for her or they’re just kissing her butt

This is the BEST Starbucks I have been too and I order coffee ALOT. The staff is amazing, the drinks are amazing. Like when I say amazing I don't want to order from any other Starbucks! I don't know if they are just really good at making coffee or if it's the time and care they put into it but I have yet to find a Starbucks that makes better drinks than the one in Kroger! The ladies that work there are flat out amazing! SO anyway if your trying to choose which Starbucks to go to, make the drive to the one in Taylorville they are far better than any other location I have ever been to !

Everytime I get a drink here it tastes like it does not have coffee...I don't get it. I'll order a triple iced white mocha and get chocolate milk.

7+ year partner here, Stopped here on a road trip and was extremely disappointed. Ordered 4 different drinks only 1 was correct. Two brown sugar shaken espressos made completely different one with only burnt espresso and ice and the other practically white in color with too much oatmilk. As a partner it is disappointing to not be met with consistency, seriously ruins your mood and a waste of money. Do better.

I went in to order a grande Carmel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar. Liz was taking my order and asked me 5 times what kind of sugar. When I kept repeating liquid sugar, she rolled her eyes. She put it in as a trenta and it was black coffee with no cream. She charged us for heavy cream and we received none. Liz was very unprofessional and rude.

All and all, Starbucks is always good. I've never had an issue with my Starbucks drinks or food. The staff does change alot though, don't see the same person barley ever. I'm a fairly simple person and unless something is completely off about my order then I'm not going to complain. I'm easy and simple☺️ keep up the good work everyone, I know times get rough but keep your head up!

Theres always a new barista that hasn't worked there long but they always do their best and are happy to fix any mistakes with your drink. And the couple baristas that have been there a little while are all great!
