I've not had any problems with any food that I have ordered. All has been good. Friendly to people.Parking: They have handicap parking spots. I don't remember if handicap door entry

So I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and the bacon was not even cooked it just look like they put the bacon in the microwave for 30 seconds. And while we were waiting for our food, I saw that they put spaghetti noodles in the microwave. Like come on steak and shake. That place is a dump.

Second time visiting this restaurant and it has been great both times. Steak and shake is a traditional classic. Great
The service and food are always good. This is an update... as of August 2023, this place is still a great place to stop in for a bite to eat. SOther Steak 'n Shake restaurants in my area have poor service and just mediocre food. This one is excellent. They no longer have waiters that take your order at the table like years ago, much to my dismay, but the gal that took our order was very quick, efficient, and polite. Even though I made a change to my burger order, there was no delay because of it. The place was clean and tidy. Restrooms were also clean and well taken care of. When I come back through from Springfield, I'll probably stop in again.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible for wheelchairs all around, including the restrooms.
