There is a great McDonalds just down the street. You’d be way better served by going there.
I placed an online order at this Wendy’s tonight. Waited a long time in the drive thru line before going inside to pick it up. Turns out they were out of chicken nuggets (and seemed to have been for a bit) but allowed me to place an order for them anyways in the app. I asked them to cancel the order but they were unable to give me a refund and said they don’t control the app (even though it is the official Wendy’s app; not DoorDash). They told me I would have to cancel via the app but could not show me how to do so (there was no such option in their app). As a result, I had to leave with no food and no refund.
Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds a couple blocks away and they had my food ready for pick up a few minutes later. Don’t make my mistake, stay away from this Wendy’s.

Every time we eat here we get sick. The health department needs to make a visit. The staff are always rude. They're worst at the window. I don't recommend anyone eat here. Staff should be informed that it is a felony to tamper with people's food.

Got yelled at for bringing garbage from car to throw away. They also then screwed up order. Order spicy chicken got Ranch Asiago. I've never been yelled at for putting trash bag and cups in trash. Weird...

The workers are rude. I ordered a double baconator and got the same amount of bacon as a single. I have been going there a lot lately because the service and food was pretty good for a while, but both are rapidly declining. I'll have to put Wendy's back at the bottom of the list
