Constantly poor food quality and service. I go there because my kids ask. Literally count on them to mess your order up or to have the food be nothing like most Wendy’s.

they messed up a double baconator(only ketchup, and pickles). we went back and asked them to remake it. they gave us the same sandwich and just wipe off the bread. we called them and they wouldn’t give me my money. they also said they had 2 managers make it at the same time? make that make sense.

The afternoon shift is fine, but the morning crew cannot get breakfast orders ready in a timely fashion for good paying door dash customers that are ordered with advanced notice - I hope they realize I don't like putting this message here and I hope they improve for future orders- as I try to show up on time for these customers to the best of my ability

Wendy’s in Taylorville should just take the baked potato off of their menu! They always claim to not have a single potato in the store! McDonald’s shake machine works far more often than Taylorville Wendy’s has baked potatoes!

They are stealing from customers with the charity books! Check your receipts, I said no to donating so instead of ringing one of my items up properly they charged me $4 worth of charity books and refused a refund. 1 that's stealing from their own store and two that's illegal and misleading to charge that to someone after they said no. My guess is there is some sort of perk on who is selling the most books and they are stealing from customers to get it. beware!

Chicken sandwich was a bit too done. A bit dry. Fries were warm but seem like they were sitting too long. Not crispy. I used drive through and what I could see of the store it was clean. No food on the floor. Employee was friendly.

Despite the sign on the door and Google stating that they open at 7 am, the staff refused to open until we called twice and caught an employee on their smoke break at 845. Once we were in, the employees were rude and irritated by our presence.
