I ordered a chocolate ice cream, but they gave it to me completely melted. When I went inside the store to let them know, the staff pointed their finger at me and yelled, telling me to leave. I have never experienced such rude behavior at a Baskin Robbins in my life. It was such a terrible experience that I will never visit this location again.
The clerks working here are extremely rude. They sell melted ice cream that is unsellable, and the cooling system is very poorly managed. Clerks often yell at customers and are extremely rude. I love Baskin Robbins, but I will never visit this store.

Walk in the store , no one acknowledged us the entire time we were waiting for ice cream about 10 mins. Btw it smells like a moldy basement in their. In the end we gave up and walked out and drove to oberweis.

You been to one Baskin-Robbins you been to them all. Standard chain that sells ice cream and ice cream cakes. Customer service was fine. Limited parking because of neighboring businesses.

THIS BR SUCKS!! no English speaking people, all there ice cream was like soup, it was so soft. guy tried to tell me Chocolate syrup was discontinued!!Never EVER going here again!! wonder if it would pass a food safety inspection?DISGUSTING.
I understand our country is the land of opportunity but come on at least get people that can speak better English and understand it more. Sheesh

One of the nicest locations I've ever been. People who work their are very helpful and patient. Love this place. Super clean, very professional. I can definitely recommend this location.
I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I’m done. I won’t be coming back. I ordered a cake 48 hours ago for pickup and it’s not ready. The employee said he is bringing it from another store and I have to wait. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I could’ve just went to the other store myself and avoided this aggravation.
They are OK. Make you feel like they don't really care about the customer. Wish they had better customers service since the ice cram is good.
Don't bother. Went to get my husband a birthday cake. There was no one there to write Happy Birthday on the cake. The manager kept changing the story - they had no one who could write it and then they did not have the gel to write it. The district manager who I called could not care less. My husband requested a BR cake. Ended up not purchasing one. The employees also cared more about the drive thru versus customers who came inside. When I went in to the store, there wasn't anyone in the drive thru. Two women came in to get ice cream and waited 10 minutes for help. Still no one on line but no one would help them. Then cars came through the drive thru and they still were not helped. I was disappointed as the manager who should know how to perform ALL jobs, couldn't even write on the cake. They are also quite rude.
