The people are nice. I went in a day before a birthday party to order a cake and have them write on it. They said it would be done when I came in the next day. I arrived and it hadn't been written on so the woman who was supposed to write on it rushed and it looked like a child wrote it. I would've been able to do a better job. I'm sure she has beautiful handwriting normally but considering they gave her 2 minutes to do it, it was scrawled. Make sure you call before you pick up so it's ready and they aren't writing on it when you're there.

Wanted to have an ice cream on a hot day. The person who was serving me was wearing a woolen hat - not very clean - no gloves. She seemed very surprized when I said she shoud be working in them. She she did not understand English and thought I needed gloves. Willl not go there any more.

THIS BR SUCKS!! no English speaking people, all there ice cream was like soup, it was so soft. guy tried to tell me Chocolate syrup was discontinued!!Never EVER going here again!! wonder if it would pass a food safety inspection?DISGUSTING.

I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I’m done. I won’t be coming back. I ordered a cake 48 hours ago for pickup and it’s not ready. The employee said he is bringing it from another store and I have to wait. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I could’ve just went to the other store myself and avoided this aggravation.

I have been there probably 15 times in the past two months trying to get ANY one of their non dairy flavors. Every other store I've been to has it but this store is always "out". I have even been told they have it just to pull up to the window for them to say they actually don't. At this point I feel like someone is lying or something is wrong. I just want ice cream that won't make me puke, is that too much to ask????? Also this is the closest location to me and is a 25 minute drive. Imagine driving 25 minutes to not be able to get anything! Ever!!

Don't bother. Went to get my husband a birthday cake. There was no one there to write Happy Birthday on the cake. The manager kept changing the story - they had no one who could write it and then they did not have the gel to write it. The district manager who I called could not care less. My husband requested a BR cake. Ended up not purchasing one. The employees also cared more about the drive thru versus customers who came inside. When I went in to the store, there wasn't anyone in the drive thru. Two women came in to get ice cream and waited 10 minutes for help. Still no one on line but no one would help them. Then cars came through the drive thru and they still were not helped. I was disappointed as the manager who should know how to perform ALL jobs, couldn't even write on the cake. They are also quite rude.

I've only been thru the drive thru, everyone is super nice. Always got my order right. Love coming here for my smoothies. They're a bit overpriced but I get it. My go to Dunkin' because they're great.
