We have been going here for years but have recently been disappointed. We ordered catering for our son's first birthday party in which we were going out of town. The order was for catering pick up on Thursday, 2lbs of brisket and 2lbs of pulled chicken. Upon arrival, they told me the order was for Friday. I started panicking as we were leaving for our weekend trip. After a couple minutes I was told the staff was playing jokes and my food was ready. When we got to our destination and we took out our food, it was clearly not two pounds of chicken. I called BBQ Productions and left a message about the food and never received a call back.

This is a great BBQ joint has a great atmosphere and if you join the Q'd nation rewards you get the mini pork nachos for free and they are a big portion to be calling it mini. Which means their regular nachos are probably massive. Over all really great and will be back. And their BBQ sauces are amazing.

Horrible customer service. Ordered $60 worth of food I asked them to throw in 1 sauce they made a whole stink about it . I offered to pay and they don’t take debit cards over the phone . They couldn’t throw 1 sauce in my $60 order after I called and said I forgot to order a sauce. I got 2 sandwiches for $60 and they couldn’t throw in one BQQ sauce at a damn BBQ restaurant???? A bbq sauce doesn’t come with a $25 dollar sandwich? It’s a small little tiny cup of bbq sauce.

I cancelled a $60 order already made over 1 bbq sauce. They spoke to me horrible after I was extremely nice to them and than turned it around on me. Your female employees are extremely rude and unprofessional.
1 bbq sauce for a customer who’s said how amazing their food is and has spent $20,000 there will never buy again from them

The chef’s special for two was generous enough to feed four. Everything was delicious and Ashley was very attentive.
Good for the BBQ cravings. To me this is the BBQ standard for any BBQ place I go. Buffalo chicken egg rolls, BBQ nachos, Mac n cheese brisket burrito, and ribs are all items that I had the pleasure to enjoy. On one of my visits I tried their ultimate bloody Mary (photo attached) and everything was delicious except their wings. That's definitely their Achilles heel because the wings are just awful, don't get them.

Our latest visit was with server Annette and she was amazing at getting us drinks, food and even to-go containers in a timely manner, all the while with a smile on her face. They have a nice beer selection too. Good food, good help and cold beer, what more can you ask for.
