I’ve been to this location a few times and everytime in my coffee they forget to put my sugar. Also, stuff here is way over priced.

Worse service around the area. The manager is the rudest of them all. Always cutting people off and rushing people so much he doesn't listen. I have been a customer for years but his rushing rudeness is making so I will make the longer drive to Grayslake for better service.

My coffee that I requested flavoring in had no flavor whatsoever, they were rude when we came back in to have them add it. We paid for it, why would we not want it? Back to Hainesville Dunkin I go!

You been to one Dunkin Donuts, You been to them all. Standard chain, but the service is friendly. They have a quick drive through. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses.

Normally I would go to the DD on 45/120 however I was by the pharmacy and decided to go to this one. HUGE MISTAKE!! I ordered my usual which was a Large Berry Energy drink LESS ICE. I repeated my order to the gentleman (I'm assuming he was the owner) and when I drove around to pay for my drink the cup was full of ice so I explained to him that my teeth are sensitive to the ice and if he can remove some and he said no (in a very rude manner).that's our policy for drinks. NEVER AGAIN!!!
This Dunkin is horrible! I ordered a frozen coffee on the app and they told me they don’t make frozen drinks there and told me to order something else. I also ordered the chicken and roasted pepper wrap ( which I’ve had at other locations before and it’s amazing) but it was cold and tasted extremely weird

This location has terrible customer service. I personally try to avoid this location and choose the 120 locations as well as the Washington hunt club location. This owner and staff are very rude.
I once placed an order online and picked it up too quickly and they yelled at me.
They also once sold me very dry donut, that was harder then a rock. Don't know if it was yesterdays donut.
