Awful experience at this Dunkin, my order was wrong I told the manager and he requested to be fixed by his employee and the lady that was making the sandwiches was angry because I claimed for the right sandwich. She Took forever and was deliberately making me wait, the manager asked this employee why was my sandwich not ready since I was waiting for it, she yelled at the manager and said he has to wait... I got upset and told the manager that her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional talking like that in front of me... Please Stay Away since is clearly personnel at this branch do whatever they want and the manager is allowing this behavior. We as customers are to be treated with respect!.

Great staple spot with great consistency. Love ordering my everything bagels with veggie cream cheese and this location is NOT stingy with the cream cheese. Love it! Also cold brew is very smooth and I will always plug Dunkin cold brew over Starbucks

I ordered my drink no Ice so they charge me $.50 more. First time no issues. Go back today and there is ice. Ask them to remake it and then they don't fill cup all the way up. Will drive further to get better service.

Worse service around the area. The manager is the rudest of them all. Always cutting people off and rushing people so much he doesn't listen. I have been a customer for years but his rushing rudeness is making so I will make the longer drive to Grayslake for better service.

My coffee that I requested flavoring in had no flavor whatsoever, they were rude when we came back in to have them add it. We paid for it, why would we not want it? Back to Hainesville Dunkin I go!

You been to one Dunkin Donuts, You been to them all. Standard chain, but the service is friendly. They have a quick drive through. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses.

Normally I would go to the DD on 45/120 however I was by the pharmacy and decided to go to this one. HUGE MISTAKE!! I ordered my usual which was a Large Berry Energy drink LESS ICE. I repeated my order to the gentleman (I'm assuming he was the owner) and when I drove around to pay for my drink the cup was full of ice so I explained to him that my teeth are sensitive to the ice and if he can remove some and he said no (in a very rude manner).that's our policy for drinks. NEVER AGAIN!!!
