I’ve since fallen off with dunkin, very lazy and slacking environment and it’s not really worth the price at all. (SMALLS ARE THE SAME SIZE AS LARGE BTW, just with ICE)

I feel like they have to reuse their grounds. This is the third time at this location that my black coffe has no taste. Although the line is longer at the one on 120 by the Jewel in Grayslake, it is much better.

Staff are very rude I would not recommend. I got charged extra for something that I never ordered and when I politely corrected the guy at the window he gave me attitude and shoved me my order . Also I had to ask for my receipt and he still gave attitude. I usually go to Starbucks anyway but this place is horrible.

I’ve been here multiple times to try and give this place a break however every single time the man working the drive through is extremely rude! He is terrible to listen to first thing in the morning. He has an attitude and never says thank you! He talks to you as if you are stupid. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you want to listen to a rude man give you attitude. The food and drinks are good and made fast however it’s such a shame that the service does not match. AVOID!
Place is fine except the short Indian guy that works there. The guy is super crabby and not pleasant. Wont be back. The old crew was much better.

This location used to be very good but now employees don't have good attitudes when serving costumers, they don't like to honour dunkin reward options and always say I can't use it or it doesn't work. The drinks aren't even coffee with how overly sweet they are, it's basically milk and sugar at this point. They also don't wear gloves while preparing food and drinks, which not only is gross but can lead to cross contamination and then they stick there bare hands into bags. I have a friend who worked here at this location for a brief time and they are refusing to pay her and she has tried to get in contact with manager and they keep dodging her calls and ignoring her.
