Great Chicago style deep dish pizza. They also make and sell in house, frozen pizzas. Worth stopping in, was very good.

Great crust less pie. Awesome option for diabetics.

I order deep dish. I'm expecting a lot of cheese with some sauce on top you know like a lou malnatis Pizza is known for I got this super skinny tiny pizza with barely no cheese and a bland tasteless sauce. I ordered ahead for pickup at a specific time and when I got my pizza to the car it was already lukewarm as if they made it when I called and not more closer to the pickup time. Although I got the meal deal which was very affordable it seems like they skimp on the pizza to make up for the savings smh

I usually love their chicgo pizza. I ordered a medium and pick it up. When I got home I started to eat it and it taste like water. Nii ok flavor at all. I love the tomato’s on the pizza but I think they squeezed the tomatos on the pizza so it was watery. This place use to produce quality pizza. I don’t know if I will go back

Picked up my personal pan pizza.."Lou's" version with added sausage. OMG...DELICIOUS ...will return to this Grayslake location....easy to find. This was my first visit to this location.

I ordered a small Chicago classic with sausage and mushrooms for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, the cashier said that he cannot find my order. Than a woman, who was working, overheard me when I showed the cashier my recent call list on my iPhone. She said she was from the Highland Park store and that the order was accidentally placed there. I then told her I am not driving to Highland Park. She said I don’t have to and that if I would wait 30 minutes, they will give me one for free. That was satisfactory for me so I agreed. When an employee brought me the pizza, I noticed that it was large, not the small one I ordered. I was really overwhelmed and I have to say that Lou Malnati’s really is generous in rectifying a mistake!

It was an early brunch type for a party of 18. They told me my 5 deep dish would be ready at 1130 after opening at 11:00. They were, they quickly got it all together, very pleasent.

Dietary restrictions: My family also loved the glten free.

I love this location! It's been too long, but, as usual- excellent food, excellent delivery time, excellent service.

Patient, helpful, and just a super nice fella.

Had deliver was timely, but worst crust on a gluten free pizza that I have ever had! It was just plain tough. Pizza lacks seasoning, (crust needs salt and no pizza taste just tastes like tomato.
