I am so happy this Starbucks was built a few years ago! The old one at 83/120 was also so busy and crammed. This one is wide open in a great location and has the best customer service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. I typically come here and work on school in the afternoons so a special shoutout to the afternoon crew, specifically Mike who is always so kind as well as everyone else on the team. There is another blonde male barista here in the afternoon that's also always super kind in the afternoon. These two alone specifically set this store apart from other locations. Keep up the great work guys!

If you’re looking for the best Starbucks around this area. this is it! The store is always clean, welcoming, and perfectly run—but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service. Mike goes above and beyond every time I visit. He’s friendly, very personable, professional, and makes every customer feel like a regular. Highly recommend!
This Starbucks is simply the best around. I live 30 minutes away from here and will only order from this one. Luckily this location is on my way to work. I've gone to all of the locations closer to me and given each of them multiple chances, but those places constantly overheat the lattes to the point you can't even sip from it for half an hour. This Starbucks in Third Lake makes the drinks perfect every time. The employees are genuine and kind. Even if the drive thru line looks long, they work efficiently so that you don't wait very long. The store is always clean and organized, even behind the counter, things look tidy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered 2 drinks from drive thru on Sunday morning. The Customer service was excellent. While waiting for my coffee the young man at the window was engaging and very personable. He carried on a great conversation, making the very short wait pleasant. I was impressed.

It took 10 min to make my drink while I was the only one there and 3 ppl inside and I ask easy ice and I got cup full of ice like nobody got time to ask for my drink to be made again like I need job to go to smh
